I want to take a moment to talk about SUPPORT, and the importance of having it in our lives.
We are not meant to do it all by ourselves. In fact, it’s egotistical to think that we can.
We want to take all of the credit, be the star of the show and say “I did this all on my own.” For the most part, we do achieve success because of all of our hard work, but in reality, it’s our support system that helped get us there.
Look around and take notice of those who support you the most. It may be a family member or spouse, friend, TRAINER :), or even a coworker. It’s someone that always, no matter what, pushes you to be better, and do better because they know that you are capable of it.
They redirect your thoughts on the days that you want to give up, hold up signs of support while you finish your first marathon, and show up time and time again just to help get you to where you want to be. They teach you, guide you, show up for you, and truly care for you.
They are your SUPPORT SYSTEM.
This is what my FIT SPIRIT community is all about; To be YOUR support system, YOUR friend, and YOUR guide to help get you to where you want to be. But it’s not only me who helps get you there. It’s everyone around you who wants to join in on your journey!
It’s about moving our body, calming our mind, making better food choices, and transforming our lives without judgement from ourselves, or by others.
That is what MY “FIT” stands for… FITNESS, INSPIRATION, TRANSFORMATION of the mind and body.
